A nationally recognized AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Senior Labor & Employment Associate to join its expanding Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a growing, well-supported L&E practice within a collaborative national platform.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-8 years of experience in labor and employment counseling and litigation
- Background handling wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, and single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases
- Strong research and motion drafting skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Trial or trial-prep experience (strongly preferred)
- Bonus: exposure to restrictive covenant matters or traditional labor work
