MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN FLORIDA - NO RELOCATION
Responsibilities:
This role will be hands-on with everything FP&A related – building complex financial models for short and long-term planning, creating/maintain budgets and forecasts, acquisition integration, KPI analysis/reporting, creating dashboards, reporting for internal and external stakeholders, preparing financial reporting packages and Board presentations. Will also be responsible for researching and implementing new technology tools and utilizing AI for process improvements and enhancements across the Company. We are looking for someone who is able to tell the story behind the numbers.
Background Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
- 4-10 years of progressive FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment with increasing responsibilities
- Advanced financial modeling skills; build from scratch
- Must have strong systems skills – advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or related
- Strong data analytics and data modeling skills required, including KPI analysis and reporting
- Must have experience with AI tools and systems (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
