Job Title: Financial Performance Manager

Location: Primarily REMOTE role with minimal onsite requirements in Florida

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 Base

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting/Finance preferred)
• 5 years of healthcare finance or FP&A experience
• Pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or hospital pharmacy finance experience strongly preferred
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to operational leaders

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for Pharmacy Operations
• Partner with pharmacy leadership to improve financial performance and support operational decision-making
• Analyze reimbursement, revenue, expenses, productivity, and pharmacy performance metrics
• Identify cost savings, revenue enhancement, and process improvement opportunities, including support for 340B initiatives
• Build financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting to support leadership decisions
• Collaborate with Accounting during monthly close and financial reporting activities
• Evaluate the financial impact of new programs, contracts, and operational initiatives
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to pharmacy and executive leadership
