We are partnering with a manufacturing organization to find an experienced Corporate Controller to lead their corporate finance function. This is an exciting opportunity to influence financial strategy, reporting, and corporate operations for a dynamic company with multiple locations.
Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will play a critical role in consolidating financial statements across business units, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulations. This role interacts closely with senior leadership and business unit managers to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the corporate finance team, fostering accountability and professional development.
- Oversee corporate accounting, including general ledger management, monthly and year-end closings, and consolidated financial statements.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives; communicate trends and actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure accurate reporting for internal stakeholders, lenders, and auditors.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure initiatives, including financing and shareholder-related transactions.
- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues, new standards, and compliance matters.
- Partner with operational teams to support financial performance, cost control, and process improvements across manufacturing sites.
Qualifications:
- CPA (active or inactive) or CMA required.
- Proven corporate controllership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in consolidations, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
- Comfortable leading system implementations, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree preferred.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
