Leading a small team, you will have the opportunity to be part of an incredible global, Internal Audit function, while performing operational audits across the Company. This incudes gaining a deep understanding of key business processes, translate risks into concrete business issues, and partner with management to prioritize practical findings and recommendations. You will report directly to the Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
- Direct audit projects from initiation to conclusion, ensuring high standards of quality in line with departmental and professional guidelines.
- Develop operational audit strategies to independently assess the efficacy and efficiency of internal controls.
- Effectively complete audit tasks on schedule, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and address significant business risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA, CIA, CISA.
- Over 8 years of experience in public accounting audit and/ or industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused management approach that champions collaborative problem solving.
- Proficiency in using data analytics throughout the audit process.
