Reporting to the Global Controller, the BU Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities across the United States and Canada operations. This is the most impactful region for the Company. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic decision-making in a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings deep manufacturing accounting experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in multi-entity, cross-border operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting coupled with an active CPA license.
- Public accounting foundation coupled manufacturing industry experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience with 5 years in senior leadership role
- Significant experience in a large, multi-site manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Individual who is "versatile" and "agile"
