Key Responsibilities
- Install applications directly onto laptops and tablets.
- Deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM) on tablets.
- Complete installation processes (2–3 hours per device).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed during installs.
- Provide onsite desktop support at the Boca Raton office.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of application support
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- SQL is a plus
