Seeking an Accounting Manager with Dynamics 365 experience!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 F&O, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance to business users during implementation.
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure the system is ready for deployment.
- Transition into a full-time Accounting Manager role overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring efficient use of D365 F&O.
- Manage, review, and mentor accounting staff, including preparing financial analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment between D365 and financial reporting structures.
- Maintain the chart of accounts, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
- Support compliance initiatives, internal controls, and audit processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance financial processes, and optimize the use of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Lead multiple projects as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- CPA is a plus
