The Opportunity
This is a hands-on accounting role working closely with both accounting leadership and field operations. You’ll play a key role in the month-end close, financial analysis, and process improvement while gaining visibility to senior leadership.
Hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office).
What You’ll Do
• Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reports and partner with operations on performance reviews
• Assist with external financial statements, audits, and technical accounting research
• Identify and implement process and policy improvements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional projects
• Assist with AP, owner/vendor tax forms, and special projects as needed
Ideal Background
• 2–4 years of accounting experience; public accounting (audit/assurance) strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills; NetSuite experience preferred
• Independent, driven, upbeat communicator with strong problem-solving skills
