Ed Tech III/BHP/Teachers Aide

NFI North Stetson Ranch has an immediate opening for an Ed Tech III/Teacher's Aide. This high staff intensive residential program is located in Stetson, ME serving children ages 10 - 20 and operating a Special Purpose Private School to meet their educational needs. The Ed Tech (((/Teacher's Aide is responsible for classroom support including assisting students with lesson assignments, planning and preparing teaching aids and coordinating instructional efforts with the school team and helping students prep for the start of the school day. Qualifications include Educational Technician III and Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) plus one year working with youth. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to instruct, assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals.
