What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ed Tech III/Teacher's Aide position at Bridge Crossing Academy?
NFI North Bridge Crossing Academy in Bridgton, Maine is seeking a Teacher's Aide to join our dedicated team. Formerly known as Dodge House School, Bridge Crossing Academy is a Private Special Purpose School licensed by the Maine Department of Education, serving students in grades K - 8.
Responsibilities include assisting the lead teacher with lesson implementation and instruction, providing one-on-one academic and behavioral support, facilitating motor breaks, assisting with special activities and documenting daily service needs.
Ideal candidates will hold or be eligible for certification as an Ed Tech III and a Behavioral Health professional (BHP). A background in Special Education and at least two years of experience working with children with social and emotional challenges are preferred.
