We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible position allows you to provide speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
- Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehabilitation team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive interdisciplinary environment
- Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities for additional PRN shifts
Salary : $55 - $60
