What You'll Do
- Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities to determine appropriate treatment.
- Build individualized care plans around residents' clinical findings and everyday priorities.
- Provide interventions for expressing needs, understanding information, attention, memory, and problem-solving.
- Deliver dysphagia treatment and coordinate swallowing recommendations with nursing and dietary staff.
- Teach residents and caregivers practical strategies to use during daily interactions and routines.
- Measure progress, update clinical records, and contribute to interdisciplinary care and discharge planning.
- $55–$60 per hour.
- PRN coverage opportunities coordinated with your availability and department needs.
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.
- Collaboration with fellow clinicians and support from therapy leadership.
- Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Strong clinical skills in adult communication, cognitive, and swallowing assessment and treatment.
- Clear communication and accurate, timely documentation.
- Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
Salary : $55 - $60
