Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strengthening, endurance, and pain management
- Collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active PT license required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Direct Hire. No Agency.
Salary : $55 - $60
