Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support occupational therapy services in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under OT supervision
- Assist residents with self-care, mobility, and therapeutic activities
- Reinforce adaptive techniques and therapy strategies
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the OT
- Complete accurate treatment documentation
- Active COTA license required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Salary : $35 - $38
