Accounts Payable Assistant

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated full time Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Accounting Team.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will own the A/P process, including, but not limited to;

• Accurately process supplier invoices
• Review supplier statements for accuracy
• Generate check batches
• Data entry of Account Payable data into IFS
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all vendor information
• Clearly communicate with customers, vendors, and employees via telephone, electronic, or face to face
• Perform various other accounting/administrative tasks, as assigned
• Perform work with Sterling Water company values in mind: Integrity, Safety, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• 1 - 3 years pervious A/P experience (preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
