Optometry Clinic Manager
Sterling Vision, PC
We are a 16 year-old optometry, ophthalmology, retina, uveitis, and oculoplastics practice located in the Eugene-Springfield area in Lane County, Oregon. The practice has two MDs, one physician assistant and five optometrists.
The Optometry Clinic Manager must have extensive experience in optometry and have demonstrated management skills
Duties
- Overall management and leadership of the optometry and optical programs
- Performs additional duties as reasonably assigned
- Reports directly to the senior manager or executive in the practice
- Supported by the optical manager, clinic leads and other team managers and leads (e.g., revenue cycle)
Qualifications:
Extensive optometry experience.
Reliable and result oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to delegate and supervise with detail and organization. Proficient with Microsoft 365 and standard computer office skills
