Job Summary:
Seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with a special project. The ideal candidate will have accounts payable experience and strong knowledge of accounting processes, software, and Excel. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: San Diego, CA 92173
Duration: (2–3 months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies
- Support accounting department with special projects as needed
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, math, and communication skills
