Heating and Cooling Service Manager

An established HVAC Mechanical Company in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the commercial HVAC service department in Voorhees, NJ. • Manage scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.

• Develop and meet budget, revenue, and gross margin targets.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to implement plans and programs.

• Analyze monthly financial performance and provide reports to management. Take corrective action as necessary.

• Manage assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles.

• Foster a high-performance culture through performance reviews and development initiatives.

• Supervise, train, and develop branch HVAC Service Technicians.

Preferably seeking candidates with 4-5 years of experience in leading and expanding commercial HVAC service departments. Must have a consistent work history and a track record of success.
