ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you'll enjoy flexibility in your schedule. We offer varying shifts between Monday - Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, operating between 7 am - 6 pm.
In this role, you'll ensure seamless communication between our customers and technicians. Your day will be filled with calls so you'll prioritize urgent issues and fill the schedule board efficiently. You'll be who our customers hear when they call as you provide updates, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls. Every day, you'll use your excellent phone skills and ability to upsell maintenance plans and promotions!
