ARE YOU THE DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE WE NEED?
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
- Time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation to succeed
HVAC and ServiceTitan experience is preferred, but not required.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
You're in our office from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. With a polite, positive, and professional attitude, you're responsible for the following:
- Answer phone calls from customers and schedule HVAC appointments
- Maintain service technicians' schedules and dispatch techs according to availability, location, and skillset
- Answer clients' questions, provide excellent customer service, and sell comfort agreements when appropriate
- Pull permits as needed
