Dispatcher (Full-Time)
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Join one of the largest and most respected ground transportation companies serving the Philadelphia Tri-State area and beyond! We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Our fleet is the region’s largest, with modern, well-maintained sedans, SUVs, mini-buses, and sprinters. As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating trips, supporting our professional drivers, and ensuring our clients receive timely, reliable service.
Schedule
- Sunday - Thursday, 3PM to 11PM
- Overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch a diverse fleet of vehicles to ensure on-time service
- Monitor trip progress and proactively resolve scheduling or routing issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and team members
- Manage and prioritize multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Use dispatch software and related technology effectively to maintain accurate records
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Collaborate with fellow dispatchers, customer service, and management to meet company goals
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching preferred but not required (transportation, EMT, military, 911, or similar environment preferred)
- Fleet dispatching or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong memory, decision-making skills, and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly and professional team player
- Proficiency with computers and strong phone communication skills
- Knowledge of the Philadelphia Regional Area (preferred)
- Professional chauffeur experience a plus
