Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW)
Outpatient & School-Based Health Center | Rural Setting
Compensation: $33 - $38 per hour - Relocation incentive & sign on bonus
Location: Shelby, MT
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days per week
We are in search of a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to become a valued member of our expanding behavioral health team. This team serves a school-based health center as well as a community outpatient clinic.
This role is suitable for a counselor who appreciates flexibility, independence in clinical practice, and fulfilling work with individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Offer outpatient counseling services to both children and adults
- Operate in two different environments: School-based health center (around 3 days per week) and the primary outpatient clinic for the local community
- Create thorough assessments, establish treatment plans, and record care in line with clinical and regulatory standards
- Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs
- Work alongside interdisciplinary clinical teams to enhance overall patient care
- Maintain precise and prompt clinical documentation
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and fulfill all state and organizational requirements
- Provide patient-centered care with adaptability in session length and treatment methods
Qualifications:
- Active LCPC or LCSW license is mandatory
- Must be fully licensed (no provisional licenses will be accepted)
- Open to various experience levels, including recent graduates of counseling programs
- Applicants should be willing and at ease working with children (specific experience with pediatrics is advantageous but not obligatory)
