They are currently looking for a dedicated Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to cardiovascular patients, from admission to discharge.
- Operate and monitor advanced cardiac equipment and life-support systems.
- Manage patients requiring cardiac assist devices and advanced physiological monitoring.
- Provide leadership and support to the healthcare team on the unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement evidence-based care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Active RN license in Montana.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. PALS certification within 6 months of hire. EPNC and TNCC preferred.
- Experience: Clinical experience in Medical/Surgical and Critical Care/ICU settings, with a focus on cardiovascular surgery patients.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork abilities.
