- Evaluate workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures for effectiveness and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide practical recommendations to improve safety performance and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and customize safety manuals, policies, procedures, and protocols for clients.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs, including classroom, on-site, and virtual training as needed.
- Conduct defensive driving training for client employees.
- Assist clients with the assessment of new business operations, processes, and projects, and make appropriate risk and safety recommendations.
- Support clients in the development and implementation of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Collaborate with client management teams to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay current on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to safety and loss control.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing consultation and guidance to improve client safety outcomes.
