The Client Service Associate (CSA) works alongside and supports the activities of our Client Service Executives and Producers in the marketing and sales process for new and renewing business. You will serve as the primary service contact for client and are expected to exemplify the highest standard of our service model.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Essential Job Tasks)

As a Client Service Associate, you will:

• Manage a book of business in conjunction with assisting client teams
• Contribute to strategic conversations during team and client-facing meetings
• Maintain advanced understanding of Compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
• Cultivate carrier and client relationships
  
  

Renewal & Marketing

• Lead marketing efforts and plan implementation for new business and renewals
• Assist with preparation and presentation of analysis for renewal and marketing results
• Provide team assistance with preparation of enrollment materials and presentations for clients
• Conduct Open Enrollment meetings
• Oversee set up and maintenance of benefit administration systems
  
  

Administrative

• Maintain client information and documentation in Agency Management System
• Oversee and provide solutions for eligibility services and issues
• Inform and educate clients on SSP’s value-added services and programs
• Other tasks as assigned
