Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team on-site at our Atlanta, GA or Athens, GA offices. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing customized insurance and risk management solutions, placement, and conducting policy reviews. The role requires collaboration with other team members to address client needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Account Executive will assist in renewals, proposals, and staying updated on industry trends to provide strategic advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing insurance and risk management solutions
- Experience with policy reviews, renewals, and creating proposals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet client needs
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and willingness to stay informed about market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Relevant insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain) and prior experience in insurance or a related field is an advantage
