About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Social Media & Creator Partnerships to build, scale, and lead our entire content and creator ecosystem.
This role owns:
- Content strategy and execution at scale
- Creator sourcing, partnerships, and output
- Creative team leadership and accountability
- Social growth tied to business outcomes
This is a high-accountability leadership role. You are both a strategist and operator—you build systems, lead people, and step in when execution breaks.
Responsibilities
Own the Content Engine (Strategy → Execution)
- Lead content strategy across TikTok & Instagram
- Oversee full lifecycle: ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, publishing
- Build a scalable, repeatable content machine
- Ensure content is performance-driven (hooks, retention, conversion)
Build & Scale Creator Partnerships
- Own creator pipeline (UGC, influencers, long-term partners)
- Identify and scale high-performing creators
- Structure partnerships for output and performance
- Maintain consistent weekly creator content volume
Lead the Creative Team
- Manage photographers, videographers, editors, and freelancers
- Set expectations and enforce deadlines
- Build a team that operates without constant oversight
- Address underperformance directly
Drive Growth & Performance
- Own TikTok & Instagram growth
- Develop a clear POV on what content works and why
- Translate trends into high-performing content quickly
- Partner with paid team on creative strategy
Build Systems & Workflow
- Design and improve content workflows
- Own content calendar across platforms
- Track what’s planned, in progress, and blocked
- Use tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar
Hands-On Execution
- Step into production gaps when needed (shoot/edit/direct)
- Comfortable producing iPhone and professional camera content
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 5–8 years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience required
- Proven experience managing people and creative teams
- Deep experience in end-to-end content production

- Strong marketing background (performance-focused mindset)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Technical Skills
- Comfortable shooting photo and video (iPhone camera)
- Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and production
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Experience with content scheduling tools (Later, Sprout, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

- Consistent, high-volume content output
- Clear systems that keep production running smoothly
- Strong creator pipeline delivering weekly content
- Measurable growth across TikTok & Instagram
- Team hitting deadlines without constant oversight
