Duties

- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments promptly.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility in search results.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage branding initiatives, coordinate influencer partnerships, and handle crisis communication when necessary.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions within set budgets.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring high-quality proofreading, editing, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, video editing techniques, graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and new social media features.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), keyword research techniques, and SEO best practices.
- Skilled in using scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for efficient content deployment.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and experience managing paid promotions for brand growth.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations strategies, and e-commerce integration.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail; ability to craft clear, engaging copy tailored for diverse audiences.
