JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead medium to high-complexity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to cost, delivery, and quality metrics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements
- Manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Monitor daily production schedules and provide technical solutions to resolve issues
- Create detailed status reports and financial tracking documents
- Maintain project documentation and deliverables
- Present technical information to various stakeholders
- Support larger program initiatives with expansions to other sites and/or states
- Mentor junior project managers
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
- Recommend and implement process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of project management experience, with 3 years in power distribution/generation
- Demonstrated knowledge of UL standards (891, 1558, 67, 857, 1008, 62368/60950)
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Must be comfortable communicating directly with customers and key stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 25% to domestic sites around the United States
- PMP certification desired
