Job Summary:
- We seek a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility and equipment. You will perform various tasks, including preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and adjustments to machinery to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks around the building, including plumbing repairs, low-voltage electrical work, and addressing safety hazards.
- Safety Compliance: Participate in safety training and conduct regular safety audits to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with production operations as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
