Pay Rate: $100,000-$115,000 holiday bonus (based on experience)

Sterling Engineering is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer with decades of success. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and fixtures to optimize quality and efficiency
• Serve as the subject matter expert for machinery, equipment, and production capabilities
• Lead new product development efforts, taking designs from concept through production launch
• Evaluate product designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance improvements
• Support product and component testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, routings, and engineering change notices
• Collaborate with suppliers on component design, material selection, and manufacturability improvements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, or production environments
• Strong background working with metals, CNC machining, tooling, dies, and fixtures
• Proven experience taking products from concept through production and scaling processes
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) for product and tooling design
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
