- Manage strategic sales efforts across a multi-state territory (NY to VA and Atlanta)
- Drive account development and territory growth through hands-on customer engagement and planning
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and report business intelligence to leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
- Support future team development; expected to oversee technical sales staff in NY over time
- Contribute to competitive analysis and positioning in the field
- Represent the company professionally while traveling extensively throughout the region
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering background ideal
- 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or motion control products
- Prior leadership or team oversight experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Based in Greater Philadelphia, NY, or Virginia
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required
- Base salary range: $130,000–$150,000 #inauto
