Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond with customers and sales representatives related to requests for quotation, open sales orders and shipment logistics.
- Creation of quotations / estimates for customer projects under guidance of balance of team.
- Conversion of quotations / estimates to orders / invoices via processing customer purchase orders with guidance from balance of team.
- Management of a variety of sales reports including backlog, sales analysis, and accounts receivable reports.
- Coordination of open order technical support documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for shipment of outgoing orders with production facility.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals across departments.
- Oral & Written Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service and support.
- Professionalism: Maintains a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented demeanor in all workplace interactions.
- Filing & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and efficiency in managing records, files, and documentation.
- Planning & Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Math Aptitude: Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
- Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Education: A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred. A variety of majors will be considered based on relevance to the role. However, candidates without a degree who have completed relevant college coursework or possess strong professional experience are also encouraged to apply
