Overview:

Sr. Project Engineer

Job Summary: Will lead and guide the entire project/program team, conducting final reviews and developing advanced technical comprehension. This role involves leading client calls and meetings independently and understanding niche or unique concepts and calculations.

Job Duties:

• Team Lead; direct and guide an entire Project/Program Team
• Apply expert knowledge of code, standards, and client expectations
• Lead design challenge and conflict resolution
• Lead and set expectations for design instruction
• Conduct final reviews, at times acting as a final reviewer
• Independently lead client calls and meetings
• Demonstrate solutions-driven communication skills
• Actively develops other team members
• Scope approver, risk assessor, solutions-driven leader
• Provide workflow direction and estimate allowable hours
• Provide project status updates and workload reports to client
• Approve scope, assess risk and provide proactive solutions
• Track performance metrics/KPI’s of Project Team
• Complete all assignments on time and within allowable hours
• Demonstrate Company Core Values
• Promote a culture of Safety

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field from an ABET accredited university
• Work experience in the Natural Gas industry
