Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000 5% Bonus

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with customer service, product engineering, and application sales teams to develop and configure orders
- Engineer and design custom product solutions to meet customer specifications
- Manage product structure and documentation through bills of materials in the ERP system
- Create detailed component and assembly drawings and models for sales, manufacturing, and assembly teams
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and shipping departments to ensure project accuracy and timeliness
- Provide design and technical support to improve quality, manufacturing, and assembly processes
- Support product lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with product management and marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design Engineering
- Internship or early hands-on experience in engineering or design preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of CAD tools (Autodesk preferred)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems a plus
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite
