Product Engineer (New Grads Welcomed)

Location: Delavan, WI 53115

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000 5% Bonus

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with customer service, product engineering, and application sales teams to develop and configure orders
• Engineer and design custom product solutions to meet customer specifications
• Manage product structure and documentation through bills of materials in the ERP system
• Create detailed component and assembly drawings and models for sales, manufacturing, and assembly teams
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and shipping departments to ensure project accuracy and timeliness
• Provide design and technical support to improve quality, manufacturing, and assembly processes
• Support product lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with product management and marketing
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design Engineering
• Internship or early hands-on experience in engineering or design preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working knowledge of CAD tools (Autodesk preferred)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems a plus
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite
