This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability while minimizing unplanned downtime in a technically complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for manufacturing and facilities equipment.
- Create and maintain detailed maintenance job plans, including labor estimates, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production, Engineering, and Operations to minimize disruptions and support throughput targets.
- Manage work orders within a CMMS, ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and timely closure.
- Support equipment reliability initiatives by analyzing downtime data, maintenance history, and failure trends.
- Ensure spare parts and materials are identified, available, and properly staged for planned work.
- Assist in developing standard maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Support shutdowns, outages, and major maintenance events, including planning and post-event reviews.
- Track maintenance KPIs such as PM compliance, schedule adherence, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Promote safety and compliance by incorporating EHS requirements into all maintenance planning activities.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of maintenance planning or maintenance coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation, and utilities; experience in high-volume or semiconductor/solar manufacturing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix, eMaint, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.
Salary : $81,000 - $88,000
