Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Wood Dale, IL 60191 onsite daily
I am hiring an IT Support Technician to support multiple plants across the Chicagoland area. This is a hands-on role working directly with office staff and production teams. If you like actually fixing problems instead of sitting behind a ticket queue, this is for you. This is not a call center.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Fix real issues (PCs, printers, WiFi, connectivity)
- Work directly with users – not just tickets
- Move around, set up equipment, troubleshoot onsite
- Growth into more advanced IT responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years IT/Desktop Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting mindset (not just following scripts)
- Comfortable working with non-technical users
- Reliable, dependable, gets things done
- Manufacturing or warehouse environment experience
- Excel / reporting / basic data skills
- Spanish speaking is desired
