Job Duties:
- Lead installation and dismantling of custom exhibits at trade shows and events
- Manage project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Supervise installation teams and ensure work is completed correctly the first time
- Communicate project updates, discrepancies, and challenges to Project Managers
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide immediate solutions
- Verify project components, labeling, and assembly instructions
- Ensure proper packing and organization for transport and show floor success
- Upload project updates, QC photos, and documentation in a timely manner
- Conduct post-project reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with project scheduling, team assignments, and overall coordination as needed
- Minimum 4 years of installation experience (trade show or similar industry preferred)
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools, hardware, and exhibit construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and scale plans
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice
- Ability to climb ladders, work on lifts, and operate in confined spaces
- Strong physical capability including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Understanding of OSHA and general safety standards
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly to challenges
- Basic math skills including measurements, geometry, and use of a tape measure
