THE·TEAM is seeking a Domestic Festival Coordinator to work within the Global Festival Booking Department to manage festival relationships, coordinate booking opportunities, and standardize festival operations across THE·TEAM’s global network. The Festival Coordinator will collaborate internally with agents and externally with festival promoters and buyers to maximize opportunities for THE·TEAM’s clients.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Chicago, IL office, but we are open to candidates located in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA as well.

THE·TEAM is seeking a Domestic Festival Coordinator to work within the Global Festival Booking Department to manage festival relationships, coordinate booking opportunities, and standardize festival operations across THE·TEAM’s global network. The Festival Coordinator will collaborate internally with agents and externally with festival promoters and buyers to maximize opportunities for THE·TEAM’s clients.

Position Overview
Festival Relationship Management & Booking Coordination:
- Establish and maintain constant dialogue with festival accounts to understand booking parameters including artist preferences, budgets, available slots, and programming needs
- Work internally with agent teams to understand client touring plans, festival quotes and new music release schedules.
- Become an expert on festival accounts through comprehensive understanding of each festival's booking timeline, genre focus, and operational requirements
- Manage Festival Booking Window Email system to inform US offices when festivals are ready to book for the following year
- Build and maintain target festival lists for THE·TEAM’s clients based on routing opportunities and artist development goals
- Create and manage pressure lists of priority clients to be strategically positioned with festival accounts
- Coordinate fill requests when THE·TEAM’s acts pass on festival offers or other artists drop out of lineups, serving as a primary point of contact for festival promoters to identify suitable replacement artists from THE·TEAM’s roster
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of THE·TEAM’s available artists and their touring schedules to facilitate quick turnaround on fill opportunities
- Work proactively with agents to hold offers while exploring fill opportunities
- Monitor market health including ticket sales trends, booking pattern shifts, and emerging genre trends
- Analyze festival market conditions and provide insights to agents and management teams
- Identify routable festival opportunities that align with artist touring schedules and career development goals
- Track and report on festival market developments that impact THE·TEAM’s client opportunities
- 1-3 years of experience working within a music agency environment
- Knowledge and understanding of live music festival landscape and booking processes
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple festival accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for tracking and reporting
- Highly organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment while managing multiple priorities
- Must be always discreet and professional and maintain absolute confidentiality as this position regularly handles sensitive information
- Experience with CRM platforms and booking systems preferred
- Understanding of festival routing and touring logistics preferred
- Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
Salary : $62,000 - $66,300
