Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Facilities Technician III to maintain and repair industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple facilities. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of critical building systems.

Job Duties:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems (chillers, walk-ins, process cooling units).
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and complete work orders accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Travel between sites using a company-provided service vehicle.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of industrial or commercial HVAC / Refrigeration experience (no residential-only backgrounds).
• Universal EPA Certification and valid driver’s license are both required.
• Associate Degree or Trade Program in HVAC preferred, or equivalent experience in facility maintenance.
