This opportunity is with a well-established manufacturing organization supporting critical electrical infrastructure and offering long-term career growth.Shift:Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMOvertime required 2–3 Fridays per monthJob Duties:Assemble and test high-voltage products using bills of material, blueprints, schematics, and engineering change notices.Perform mechanical assemblies, including disconnect assemblies.Run units through multiple test and assembly stations in a fast-paced production environment.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues as they arise.Maintain compliance with all safety standards and procedures.Qualifications:High-voltage electrical experience required (5 kV / 3-phase).Technical degree or trade school background in electrical or mechanical disciplines preferred.High School Diploma or GED required.Company DescriptionSterling has helped build careers for thousands for professionals like yourself.
