As a Client Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for one or more key data center clients or programs. You will work closely with Commissioning leadership, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery across complex, fast-paced projects while supporting long-term growth and client satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary client point of contact for data center commissioning programs or portfolios.
- Partner with Project Managers and Commissioning leaders to support project execution, staffing strategies, and delivery planning.
- Understand client standards, operational priorities, and long-term programs to proactively support their needs.
- Develop client-specific communication plans and provide regular updates on project status and performance.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by introducing additional commissioning or lifecycle services.
- Lead efforts with group leadership to secure repeat work through exceptional client service.
- Manage client expectations, support issue resolution, and address concerns in coordination with internal leaders.
- Incorporate client feedback to improve service delivery and internal processes.
- Represent as a trusted advisor through clear communication and technical understanding.

- Experience supporting complex projects—preferably within data centers, commissioning, or mission-critical facilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of eight years of progressive client or project experience.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical data center systems is strongly valued.
- Willingness to occasionally support client meetings, site visits, or travel as needed.
