Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. This individual will serve as a key point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, order management, product documentation, and post-order support while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Listen to customer needs and deliver timely, accurate, and professional solutions.
- Investigate customer inquiries and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Participate in ongoing training related to products, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Provide customers with product documentation, including manuals, technical data sheets, quality certificates, and related materials.
- Assist domestic and international customers with product selection while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and order modifications accurately and within established service metrics.
- Manage post-order support, including returns, order issues, complaints, shipment delays, and replacement requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support export compliance requirements and ensure transactions meet applicable regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–5 years of customer service, customer support, inside sales support, or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP, AS400, CRM, or other customer/order management systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to quickly learn technical or scientific product information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset and a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, laboratory, scientific, or technical products is a plus.
- Familiarity with international order processing or export documentation is beneficial.
