Pay: $62,400-$74,880 annually

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and automation equipment.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance inspections to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Troubleshoot PLC, relay logic, industrial PC, and electrical control systems.
- Create and update troubleshooting guides, preventive maintenance procedures, and technical work instructions.
- Partner with operators and engineering teams to identify equipment improvements and reduce downtime.
- Document maintenance activities and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a safe work environment.
- Respond to machine downtime issues as needed during off-shift hours.
- 2-year vocational certificate in Automation Maintenance or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of maintenance technician experience in a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, relay logic, PLC controls, and industrial PC systems.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to respond to critical equipment issues during evenings, weekends, and off shifts as needed.
- Must be available to work the B Shift schedule.
- Due to federal regulations under the Safe Explosives Act of 2002, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents.
