Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes according to specifications and engineering blueprints.
- Interpret part drawings, setup sheets, and production instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and routine machine maintenance as needed.
- Troubleshoot and adjust operations to maintain tight tolerances and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet quality and delivery goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
- 1 years of CNC lathe operation experience (Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment preferred).
- Solid understanding of G-code and/or conversational programming.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and reliability in a production environment.
Salary : $25 - $28
