Hourly: $25-28/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes according to specifications and engineering blueprints.
• Interpret part drawings, setup sheets, and production instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and routine machine maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot and adjust operations to maintain tight tolerances and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet quality and delivery goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 years of CNC lathe operation experience (Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment preferred).
• Solid understanding of G-code and/or conversational programming.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and reliability in a production environment.
