We are seeking a CMMS Implementation Specialist to support the deployment and optimization of a newly implemented Computerized Maintenance Management System. This project-based role will focus on building, standardizing, and improving Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to ensure accurate asset data, effective maintenance workflows, and long-term system usability.
The CMMS platform is currently operational; however, significant effort is required to review equipment maintenance requirements, rebuild PM strategies, and configure structured asset information within the system. This position will work closely with maintenance and reliability leadership to alleviate workload constraints and ensure successful system adoption across the maintenance organization.

Job Duties:
- Evaluate equipment maintenance needs and develop structured Preventive Maintenance programs within the CMMS platform
- Build, upload, and validate PM task lists, job plans, and asset records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Convert existing maintenance documentation, forms, and procedures into standardized digital formats
- Collaborate with maintenance and reliability stakeholders to ensure PM strategies align with operational requirements
- Provide user support and guidance to maintenance technicians and supervisors to promote effective CMMS utilization
- Deliver limited off-shift training sessions as needed to support adoption across multiple shifts
- Support a multi-shift maintenance team consisting of mechanics and automation technicians
- Ensure data integrity and logical asset hierarchy structure within the CMMS environment
- Early to mid-level experience supporting maintenance, reliability, or CMMS-related initiatives
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to translate equipment functionality into structured PM activities
- Experience working within a food or beverage manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with common processing and packaging equipment such as conveyors, fillers, cappers, packers, palletizers, and related systems
- Practical experience developing Preventive Maintenance programs and maintenance documentation
- Experience working with CMMS platforms or maintenance management software
- Exposure to SAP PM or similar enterprise maintenance systems preferred
Salary : $30
