About the Role

We are hiring multiple Panel Wirers and Mechanical Assemblers to support the build of custom automated manufacturing equipment in a clean, high-tech production environment. This is a hands-on opportunity working with industrial automation systems, electrical controls, and precision mechanical assemblies.

Candidates will work closely with engineering and production teams to assemble, wire, troubleshoot, and support custom machinery used in advanced manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Panel Wiring

• Wire industrial control panels and automated machinery from electrical schematics
• Route, label, and terminate wires, sensors, relays, PLCs, and other electrical components
• Perform continuity testing and basic electrical troubleshooting
• Ensure wiring is neat, organized, and built to quality standards

Mechanical Assembly

• Assemble custom machinery and mechanical subassemblies using hand and power tools
• Install components such as bearings, rails, brackets, pneumatics, and guards
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and final assembly

Qualifications

• Experience in panel wiring, mechanical assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly
• Ability to read electrical schematics or mechanical drawings
• Comfortable using hand tools, measuring tools, and shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Industrial manufacturing or automation experience preferred
• Technical school, military, or trade experience is a plus
