We’re seeking an experienced Debug Technician to perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics on server and data center hardware.
Key Highlights:
- Diagnose complex issues in multilayer PCBs, high-speed digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits
- Use advanced tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and diagnostic software
- Perform BGA rework and precision component repair
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions
- Read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BIOS logs, and POST codes
- Track failure trends and support continuous improvement efforts
- Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with engineering teams
- 3-5 years of experience with PCB board-level troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics
- Strong ability to diagnose and repair multilayer circuit boards in complex electronic systems
- Experience working with surface-mount components (SMT), BGA rework, and fine-pitch soldering
- Proficient in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
- Experience identifying faults in power circuits, signal paths, and board-level components
