What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a team of RBTs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress, modify programs as needed, and ensure ethical and effective ABA service delivery
- Collaborate with families and staff to promote meaningful outcomes
What You’ll Need
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for evidence-based care and compassionate service
