What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavior assessments as appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB requirements.
- Provide ongoing caregiver training and education to promote generalization of treatment goals.
- Analyze client data to monitor progress and make treatment recommendations.
- Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, physicians, schools, and other professionals involved in each child's care.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Maintain productivity and documentation standards established by the organization.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and family-centered approach to care.
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric ABA experience.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Experience supervising RBTs and student analysts.
- Knowledge of insurance and Medicaid documentation requirements.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply!

Physical Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the clinic while supervising treatment sessions.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and actively engage with pediatric clients throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to implement behavior intervention procedures, including responding to challenging behaviors when clinically appropriate and trained to do so.
